EPIC Restart Foundation provide lived-experience led programmes that empower people to rebuild positive lives after gambling harm.
Their free programmes offer life changing experiences, recovery focussed workshops, one-to-one recovery coaching and the EPIC Restart Community, an online support network offering inspiration, learning and connection.
EPIC Restart help people to overcome isolation after gambling harm – restoring confidence and self-belief, improving health and well-being, with practical tools and coping mechanisms to support a sustainable recovery and move on after gambling harm.

- All activities are free and EPIC Restart also covers the cost of travel and accommodation at in-person events.
- Intensive support programmes include Restarting Lives, offering person-centred recovery coaching for up to 6 months plus life changing in-person events, ensuring individuals in recovery feel connected, understood, and empowered.
- Woman.Empowered is a safe space for women to support other women after gambling harm.
