Gambling participation remains stable at 61% of adults, but there's a shift towards non-lottery forms of gambling.
13% experienced some level of gambling problems and stigma remains a key barrier to seeking help.
Self-help and digital tools show promise for reaching more people discreetly. Promoting awareness and reducing stigma could encourage greater use of available help.
