Betknowmore UK provides support for those experiencing gambling harms, including affected others, in the South East and across Great Britain.
In the South East, their Gambling Outreach and Living Support (GOALS) service is community-based, providing online or in-person one-to-one support. Also available in the South East are New Beginnings and Peer Aid services. New Beginnings is a UK-wide women-only service. The service is designed and delivered by women with lived experience and offers a safe space for women. Peer Aid is a peer support service, delivered by Peer Supporters who have received City and Guilds assured training, and it provides one-to-one, group and personal development support.
All Betknowmore UK’s services combine lived experience and evidencebased therapeutic approaches, with both one-to-one and group support.
Betknowmore UK delivers prevention, early intervention, engagement and outreach activities to reach and support individuals, communities, partners and professionals.

The National Gambling Support Network
This service is part of the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) which provides free, confidential and personalised support for anyone affected by gambling. On average, NGSN services can offer treatment within 5 to 9 working days of receiving the request.
