Our committees make funding decisions subject to the approval of the full Board of Trustees. They are also informed by the views of our Lived Experience Council.

Audit and Risk Committee

The Audit and Risk Committee review and advise the Board of Trustees on the systems of internal controls. This includes: 

• risk management 
• financial controls 
• governance arrangements

Resources Committee

The Resources Committee has a responsibility to review and give recommendations to the Board of Trustees on topics like:

• annual budgets 
• staff remuneration 
• benefits and oversees major property 
• IT 
• governance
