2nd Nov 2021 GambleAware updates Press release

GambleAware has appointed the agency FutureGov to develop a new Outcomes Framework and Service Delivery Model to inform the future National Gambling Treatment Service.

London, 2 November 2021: GambleAware has appointed the agency FutureGov to develop a new Outcomes Framework and Service Delivery Model to inform the future National Gambling Treatment Service.

FutureGov was appointed following a thorough tender process, where they shared a robust and innovative proposal, demonstrating their expertise in service design, organisational change, stigma reduction and data. Having worked with organisations across health and social care, including the NHS, at both Trust and local authority level, FutureGov (becoming TPXimpact) has a clear understanding on the need for a flexible agile approach to service design.

The new Outcomes Framework and Service Delivery Model for the National Gambling Treatment Service will ensure the service is accessible, effective, desirable and evidence-based. The Framework and Model will be produced in consultation with existing and potential providers, co-commissioners, and those with lived experience of gambling harms.

The project is set to be delivered by March 2022.
