Beacon offer advice, guidance and therapeutic support to individuals experiencing or at risk of experiencing gambling harms, including anyone affected by someone else's gambling, across the North West of England.

There is no waiting list to access support, which can be offered via one-to-one sessions, peer-led support, couples sessions, or groups. Their treatment and support can be delivered either face-to-face, via video call, or on the phone, depending on your needs.

Beacon work with a range of communities, to raise awareness and offer appropriate support, including veterans, South Asian communities, young people, and individuals that have been through the criminal justice system.

The National Gambling Support Network

This service is part of the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) which provides free, confidential and personalised support for anyone affected by gambling.

On average, NGSN services can offer treatment within 
5 to 9 working days of receiving the request.
