NECA Gambling Services provide free, confidential advice and support for individuals affected by gambling related harms in the North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions.
Support is tailored to the individual’s needs throughout their recovery journey, with opportunities for one-to-one and group support. Appointments are available face-to-face, virtually and via telephone.
Referrals can be made by professionals or those affected by gambling related harms. Once NECA receives a referral, a member of the team will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss the support options available.

This service is part of the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) which provides free, confidential and personalised support for anyone affected by gambling.
On average, NGSN services can offer treatment within 5 to 9 working days of receiving the request.
