ARA provide free, non-judgemental gambling help and support for anyone affected by a gambling problem. They offer confidential advice and counselling, relapse prevention support, lived experience groups, affected others support, support for culturally and linguistically diverse communities and a Young People Service.

ARA are available over the phone, online, and through in person one-to-one or group settings. They also provide awareness training sessions for professionals.

This service is part of the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) which provides free, confidential and personalised support for anyone affected by gambling.

5 to 9 working days of receiving the request.
